Mr J Roach, Teacher at Stoke Community School I CHOSE TO ENTER THE TEACHING PROFESSION BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I WANTED TO INSPIRE CHILDREN TO ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL, LIKE THE BEST TEACHERS HAD DONE FOR ME. I WANTED TO BECOME ONE OF THOSE TEACHERS, THE TEACHERS THAT YOU NEVER FORGET, THOSE WHO HAD SUCH A PROFOUND IMPACT ON YOUR LIFE. I KNEW I COULD ACHIEVE THIS THROUGH THE WILLIAMSON TRUST. THE EXCEPTIONAL AMOUNT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROVIDED VIA THIS COLLECTION OF SCHOOLS HAS BEEN METICULOUS, I HAVE BEEN SUPPORTED IN EVERY ASPECT OF MY LEARNING JOURNEY THROUGH THE TRUST AS I CONTINUE TO ASPIRE, ACHIEVE AND EXCEL. THE LOVE OF LEARNING IS NOT JUST CONFINED TO THE CHILDREN, AS THIS IS A VALUE SHARED BY ALL ADULTS WITHIN THE TRUST TOO. Mr J Roach, Teacher at Stoke Community School

Miss L Briggs, Teacher at Allhallows Primary Academy For me, I remember my time at primary school as a happy, rewarding and safe place. These memories are what gave me the passion, commitment and drive to want the same for the children of our future. Working within the trust has allowed me to fulfil that dream and more; I know that I work in a place where every child is cared for, believed in and given the tools to excel to their full potential. Miss L Briggs, Teacher at Allhallows Primary Academy
Miss E Parsons, Teacher at Allhallows Primary Academy I find it exciting being able to work with and learn from other inspiring teachers to continue to develop my own practice. With a strong support network and CPD opportunities tailored to suit everyone, the Trust enables continual professional development and support for teachers of varying stages in their careers. I truly believe that having such opportunities- especially during my Schools Direct and NQT training years- has helped shape me into a more confident and well- rounded teacher. Miss E Parsons, Teacher at Allhallows Primary Academy
Miss L Skoll, Teacher at Stoke Community School I became a teacher to share my love of learning and passion for education. My route into training was challenging but exciting and allowed me to have a much quicker impact on the children I teach. Working collaboratively within the Williamson Trust has given me opportunities to develop as a practitioner, that simply would not have been there otherwise. I look forward to continuing to work with the Williamson Trust to give all our children the outstanding education they deserve. Miss L Skoll, Teacher at Stoke Community School
Mrs L Martin, Assistant Head of School and Year 6 Class Teacher I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT EVERY CHILD HAS THE RIGHT TO AN EXCELLENT EDUCATION AND THAT EVERY CHILD CAN ACHIEVE AND EXCEL- IT IS MY JOB TO ENSURE THAT I GIVE EVERY CHILD THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO THROUGH MY PRACTICE. BEING PART OF THE WILLIAMSON TRUST HAS GIVEN ME THE OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK WITH COLLEAGUES FROM ACROSS 5 PRIMARY SCHOOLS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE GOOD PRACTICE AND TO WORK WITH OTHER TEACHERS HAS IMPROVED MY OWN PRACTICE. I HAVE ALSO HAD THE OPPORTUNITY FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT THAT I MIGHT NOT HAVE HAD IF I HAD NOT BEEN WORKING WITHIN THE TRUST DESPITE SOME IF THE NEGATIVITY THAT SURROUNDS TEACHING I AM STILL PROUD TO SAY THAT I AM PART OF THAT PROFESSION! Mrs L Martin, Assistant Head of School and Year 6 Class Teacher
Miss S Bennett, Early Years Class Teacher at High Halstow Primary School BEING AN EARLY YEARS TEACHER, I REALLY ENJOY TO SEE THE CHILDREN PROGRESS AND DEVELOP IN SUCH A SHORT SPACE OF TIME BY PROVIDING THEM WITH HIGH QUALITY PROVISION AND TEACHING. THE WILLIAMSON TRUST HAS ENABLED ME TO DEVELOP THESE TEACHING SKILLS THROUGH EXCELLENT CPD OPPORTUNITIES AND WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH COLLEAGUES WITHIN THE TRUST, WITHOUT THESE PROVISIONS, I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DEVELOP MY OWN PRACTICE TO ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE THE CHILDREN RECEIVE WHILST IN MY CLASS. Miss S Bennett, Early Years Class Teacher at High Halstow Primary School
