14.05.09 D.T
|

It has been assesment week this week so we have been doing
D.T in the afternoon.

| In D.T we are trying to make a hinge or a joint by
making our own modern pentathlon people. |

This is a design on horse riding by Aoife. When
she pulls the tail the front legs go up. |
| Most of the boys are doing
pistol shooting because they like guns. |

| 07.05.09 What
we did at Rochester.
|
 |
This is the Rochester High Street along time ago. We
went to the Rochester High street to find land uses. I found out that the
shops were the most popular buildings on Rochester High Street and that on
top of the shops there was houses so the people who own the shops don't
have to drive to their shops. We then went on the Rochester Riverside walk
and had to answer some questions. After we answered all the questions we
were told we could play. Some of our class were shell hunting including me
because there were sand and shells lying ontop of the grass. I found
one big shell and loads of other small and medium shells. Once we had some
play we went into the museum and found what was there in the past and why
there was sand. Then we learnt what it will be in the
future.

About this
term.

In literacy we are going to do a Non chronalogical
report. In numeracy we are learning different types of activities. In
science we are doing rocks and soils. In geography we are learning
about settlements. In french we are learning to say the alphebet.
I am looking
forward on going on the school trip because we might be looking at the
Rochester castle.
I am looking forward on seeing
the Rochestercastle when we go on the school trip.
