Governing Body
The Governing Body has three key roles. These are as follows:
- To provide a strategic view of where the school is heading
- To act as a critical friend to the school
- To hold the school to account for the educational standards it achieves and the quality of education it provides
The Governing Body has a strategic vision for the school:
"To be a school to which parents choose to send their children, and one the children are proud to attend"
The Governing Body of High Halstow Primary School consists of 10 Governors. They are made up from parents, staff, members of the local community, and an appointee from the Local Authority - Medway Council.
